To All Caregivers,

• We have been able to process claims with Humana & United this week.

• We are still NOT able to submit claims with Anthem.  They have told us the issue is on their end and all providers are experiencing the same problems not just us.

• If you have Humana you should have received your payment this week.

• If you have United, you will be paid next week- Tuesday or Wednesday

• If you have ANTHEM, we suggest you switch to Humana or United.

As soon as we hear that the claim is approved for payment, we will process your pay immediately even before we receive it from the insurance company.

For those 59 and under, there will be no delays in payments unless your Daily Logs aren’t completed  each day or your Medicaid has been interrupted.
